This unique class combines the gentle strength and alignment of Pilates with the profound relaxation of breathwork and sound healing.
Begin with a series of slow, mindful Pilates exercises designed to improve flexibility, posture, and core strength.
Deepen your practice with guided breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system and release tension.
Conclude with a deeply immersive sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and tranquility. Leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and deeply connected to your body and mind.
