What is Life & Spiritual Coaching?

What is Reiki?

Reiki is simply energy healing. A gentle, yet powerful technique that involves moving stuck energy in your mind or body, to reduce stress, and anxiety and release any stored trauma.

The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning universal, and ki, meaning life force energy. Reiki Reece will move stuck or blocked energy so that you will feel grounded and guided in your life.

What is Advanced Energy Healing?

Advanced Energy Healing (AEH) is a deep healing experience that works quickly to release trauma from your physical, mental or emotional body.
